Who we are

VendorQuad was created by veteran Sales Engineers who recognized that there was a better and more collaborative way to help solve business problems for customers. With over 75 years working at the largest OEMs and Value Added Resellers (VARs) the VendorQuad team took a break from working at these businesses and spent the last 2 years coming up with a better way. A solution that reduced the toil, eliminated the friction between supplier and customer and created relationship that truly had the customers best interest in mind. No longer will there be a need to meet a quota and deliver a sub-optimal customer experience. What is theQuad

TheQuad is a SaaS offering that incorporates all of the vendor management steps into a single framework. This allows your company to control all aspects of the procurement process, from initial Request for Proposal (RFP) to final Request for Quotes (RFQ) and even procurement. With proprietary benchmarking systems and TheQuad process we us our ML models to quickly compare and determine the best solutions for the most competitive prices based on your business needs.

How do we make money

We win when you win! When vendors submit their initial proposals for your request we ask that they include initial pricing. We use this as the cost basis for all pricing moving forward. Once the vendors are down selected to the final 2 they have the opportunity to submit best and final pricing. We take the initial solution, account for any changes from the initial proposal and do a final calculation on the cost difference between the first and last pricing. We pass this savings to you taking a percentage of the total savings for VendorQuad. If we can't get a better price we don't get paid; we guarantee this.
